As Controller, Jessica Traw brings with her over 15 years of experience leading accounting and finance teams. With a career marked by a commitment to excellence, Jessica specializes in leveraging data-driven decision making to drive strategic financial management. Her expertise in building scalable finance and administrative infrastructure that not only adheres to rigorous government regulation but also strategically positions organizations for sustainable growth supports NSTXL’s goals.

As the CFO for Work Services Corporation, Jessica was responsible for overhauls to accounting processes and software systems to modernize and professionalize the department through a period of growth. During her tenure Jessica re-designed the company’s retirement plan,  successfully led the company through a DCAA audit, created an employee support 501c3, and developed several department leaders. Jessica has a passion for de-mystifying financial information and concepts and empowering end users to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Jessica is a licensed CPA and holds a BBA and MBA from Midwestern State University. She serves on several non-profit boards and committees and was named Young Professional of the Year by her local Chamber of Commerce as well as a Rising Star by the Texas Society of CPAs. Jessica and her husband are raising their three daughters in Texas.
