S2MARTS, A Different OTA
S2MARTS members work collaboratively to provide knowledge and resources to identify and develop technology solutions, support and empower non-traditional contractors, and connect the Department of Defense with rapid and efficient access to critical and cutting-edge research and technology through its collaborative contracting acquisition process.
Our Approach to Membership
S2MARTS works with national security agencies to identify and define their current technology gaps. Utilizing human-centered design thinking methodologies, S2MARTS, and its membership help the government better understand its needs and connect to the “art of the possible” allotted by engaging a broader, diverse innovation ecosystem. S2MARTS engages its membership, strategic partners, and networks to identify potential technology solutions and manage the project through development, testing, and fielding.
