As Head of Strategic Initiatives, Kevin Robnett leverages a unique blend of military operational expertise and financial acumen to accelerate the delivery of next-generation defense technologies and to advance Government innovation.  His work centers on forging mission-critical partnerships across government, industry, and investment communities to ensure U.S. warfighters maintain a decisive advantage.

A former board member of NSTXL, Kevin has long championed the organization’s mission to transform the government procurement ecosystem. His leadership is grounded in more than a decade of service as a U.S. Navy intelligence and operations officer, where he deployed to conflict zones in Asia and Africa and gained firsthand understanding of the strategic and tactical challenges faced by the military.

Kevin previously served as Senior Vice President with Tiedemann Advisors, where he specialized in global energy and defense-related investments—bridging the gap between private capital and national security priorities. He has also co-founded and led several companies, including Lithos (Element 3), a critical materials and exploration firm aligned with U.S. strategic supply chain interests.

Beyond NSTXL, Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of Texas Mutual Insurance Company and advises several cutting-edge defense technology organizations. Kevin holds a B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He divides his time between Fort Worth and Austin, Texas.
