Jessica Gooding is the Contract Specialist II for the S2MARTS OTA, working with our government clients to identify and formulate clear and concise prototype solicitations. Jessica joined NSTXL after a four-year career working at NSWC Crane as a Technical Writer. Jessica managed division documentation along with managing a team of writers that supported these division operations. Prior to technical writing, she worked in the Technical Transfer office at NSWC Crane. Jessica is a graduate of Ball State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Outside of work, Jessica can be found coaching high school cheer, spending time with her two girls and husband, and spending as much time at the beach as she can.
