Aaron McMullen is the Contract Specialist I for the S2MARTS OTA, he started his federal service by enlisting in the ARMY and served oversees in combat infantry assault operations. He went to work for the General Services Agency (GSA) as a Contracting Specialist and the Department of the ARMY Joint Munitions Command (JMC) as a civilian Industrial Property Management Specialist. He is a graduate of Washington University with a Master’s in Legal Studies and a graduate of the University of Kansas City with a Master’s in Public Administration. His goal at NXSTL is to support the warfighter with superior technology by suppling the customer with the best service possible.
